FREE SHIPPING ON ALL SINGLE ORDERS OVER $70 WITHIN ONTARIO

SHIPMENT: All freight charges are paid by the customer and shown separately on our invoices, any other shipping charges incurred by the customer, such as custom costs, brokerage costs, and (C.O.D) cash on delivery costs will be billed by the carrier and to be paid directly to the carrier for their services rendered. In the case of your order being returned, the vendor is not liable for any refund for any special charges incurred and paid to the carrier for their delivery of your order to local or international destinations.

Should your order found to be damaged in transit all claims including delivery charges, custom fees, brokerage fees and any other charges incurred by the customer and paid directly to the carrier, must be filed directly with the carrier head office, as outlined on shipping documents or as directed by the carrier on their method of compensation for your damaged order in transit.

 

In the case of your order found to be defective upon delivery and your purchased is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, your purchased should not be returned to the manufacturer, but to be returned to us for repaired or to be replaced and to so, you would need to contact us for our Return Authorization (RA#) and it to be attached with a copy of our original invoice and a copy of your original method of payment, If not, your returned purchased will not be accepted for repaired, exchange or credit. And if the returned purchase is found to be damaged by the customer’s misuse or negligence, your claims will be returned by our Customer Service Department.
